That depends on the message system server used by your company and how it is implemented. To integrate your company mailbox, your company must use Microsoft Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2 or a more recent version. The mobility functions must also be activated. This is certainly the case if you access your mailbox via the internet or if certain persons in your company use Windows Mobile appliances. Please contact the IT manager at your company to check the compatibility of your mail system with iPhone3G or iPhone3GS and obtain the necessary parameters.
I have ADSL access at home with a Wi-Fi router. Can I connect via my ADSL line?
Yes, as long as the Wi-Fi option is active. Refer to your instruction manual and you can easily activate and deactivate Wi-Fi. If you choose Wi-Fi you can make a network search. Select the router for your Wi-Fi router and enter the key used to protect your communications. You only have to enter this key once because it is stored by your iPhone. Once this has been done, whenever you are near your Wi-Fi router, which has been activated on your iPhone3G or iPhone3GS, it will connect automatically to your Wi-Fi router.

To make full use of the iPhone functions, it is important to have a computer on which iTunes is installed. This enables you to synchronise music, videos and contacts with your computer. If the computer is connected to the internet, you can update iTunes and your iPhone. If you do not have access to a computer, you can use all the telephone functions, surf the internet, watch videos and consult your emails. We therefore recommend that you have a computer connected to the internet but this is not indispensable.
In order to activate the telephone functions, the iPhone3G or iPhone3GS needs to be connected to iTunes once before the 1st usage. But this can be done in the shop after purchase.

SMS and voice pricing per minute operates in the same way as on any telephone. For mobile data, the standard Mobistar rates also apply.
Since the cost is much higher than the national rates, by default the international mobile data service is deactivated on every new iPhone3G or iPhone3GS. You can easily activate it by going to Settings and selecting General and then Network. You can then activate or deactivate the Data option when you are abroad.
If you actively wish to use mobile data abroad, please check the availability of the service in the country visited and activate a mobile data roaming bundle.
Is the Mobistar network suitable for the iPhone3G or iPhone3GS?
The Mobistar network is perfectly suited to the iPhone3G or iPhone3GS. 3G coverage (HSDPA) reaches more than 2/3 of the population and will cover more than 85% of the population by the end of the year.

Do I need specific offer/option in order to make MMS?
You don’t need to take a specific offer/option to make MMS if you have an iPhone tariff plan (My 30 for iPhone, My 45 for iPhone, My 60 for iPhone) or if you have Max All In tariff plan.
For all iPhone tariff plan, the rule will be 1 MMS = 2 SMS meaning you will have maximum:
- 150 MMS for My 30 for iPhone
- 300 MMS for My 45 for iPhone
- 450 MMS for My 60 for iPhone
